The hourly rate is only part of the final figure. Your total will also reflect any positioning legs required to bring the aircraft to you, landing and handling charges at each airport, air navigation, overflight permits, crew accommodation if the aircraft stays with you overnight, and how heavily booked the date is. Al Maktoum International, Dubai World Central (DWC)

Al Maktoum is Dubai’s dedicated base for business aviation and the airport we use most often. It operates 24 hours a day, it has private terminals run by Jetex and ExecuJet, and its runway is long enough for the largest VIP widebodies. If you are flying a heavy aircraft, departing late at night, or arranging a trip at short notice, this is almost always the right choice.

Dubai International (DXB)

Dubai International is the closest airport to Downtown, Business Bay, and the DIFC. Private flights are handled through the ExecuJet and Jet Aviation terminals. Because DXB is one of the busiest airports in the world, slots for private aircraft are limited and need to be secured in advance. Every aircraft we offer is operated by a company holding a current air operator certificate issued by the UAE GCAA or by the equivalent regulator in its home country. Before we present an aircraft to you, we confirm that the operator’s insurance cover is current and that the crew assigned to your flight is both qualified and recently current on that specific aircraft type.

We also review independent safety audit records and prefer ground handlers and terminals that hold recognized industry accreditation. We check programs like ARGUS, Wyvern, and IS-BAH accredited handling. If an aircraft does not meet these standards, we don’t offer it, even when it happens to be the most affordable option available on your dates.

What Your Quote Includes

Your quoted price includes the aircraft itself, the crew, the fuel, standard catering, and drinks on board. It also covers routine landing and handling fees, flight planning, slot coordination and permits, access to the private terminal at each end, and in-flight Wi-Fi where the aircraft is equipped with it.

A small number of items are quoted separately so that you only pay for what you actually use. These include premium catering and specific wines, chauffeur or helicopter transfers, extended crew waiting time, de-icing at colder destinations, pet handling and cleaning, and any changes made to the itinerary on the day of travel.

Can I travel with pets?

Yes, and on most aircrafts, your pet can travel in the cabin with you. Let us know the animal’s size and paperwork early in the process, because entry requirements differ by destination and some operators apply a cleaning charge.

What happens if my plans change after booking?

Tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to move the flight. Timing changes are often possible for a fee, and the cancellation terms that apply to your aircraft are set out in the quote before you pay anything.
